Just over 4 years ago I found out what my primary fear was concerning being in and retaining a loving, wonderful intimate marriage. The spark ignited, so to speak, and since then not only have I been standing on a positive, new mindset to live my life from, but what I share with other people helps them uncover their barriers to love as well.

We are raised with a lot of contradictory messages concerning what a relationship is. Most of these misconceptions arise from our fractured family lives and TV and from deeply unconscious levels. But today, in far greater numbers than in the past, people are looking for real connections, heart healing, hope, and freedom from the shackles of their minds. Fortunately, the answers are within. It's not about measuring up, having the correct background, job or college education, mingling in the right crowds, speed dating or being a part of the right online dating community. The Law of Attraction is a wonderful tool for positive realization in your experience.

"God's will for me is perfect happiness" This is a workbook lesson from "A Course in Miracles." Oftentimes I think spiritual people do not realize it is okay to have wants, goals and aspirations. That is our innate creative drive. Manifested in the form and likeness, it's natural to contain the drive to create and express in ways that are helpful to you. Being brought together in relationships is one way we create, heal, and remind ourselves of who we are. Oftentimes I have found my marriage to be the platform for blissful personal growth, the mirror of my unhealed ego and opportunity to let go on a deep level and let God. It's all those things and so much more.

If being in mutually affectionate, lasting love relationship is a prospect that calls to you, and once you truly understand that God wants you to be outrageously full of life, creatively motivated, healed and happy, the only issue question remaining is "Why do you think you have not been successful?" The bottom line answer is fear. Fear arises in many different disguises, justifications, and excuses. In the end, we fear understanding ourselves as the eternal love that we are. You can attract perfect Law of Attraction Relationships when you release yourself from fear and bondage.

It is not un-spiritual to desire love, sex, fun, intimacy, laughter, and play. It's un-spiritual to hide your passion and your talent. I understand about fear, I was one of the most resistant people I knew when it came to truly allowing my guard down. If you desire to experience your life in intimate partnership you must take back your power, take 100% responsibility for your messes and ask for Spirit to take over. Obviously what you have been doing hasn't been working. Einstein said, "No problem can be fixed from the same level of consciousness that manifested it". You must take it to a higher level. Thankfully we have support sessions, trained professionals, counselors, coaches and even home study programs to help us see what is in the way of developing lasting loving relationships.

A loving, fulfilling intimate relationship is possible for any person who desires it. Will it always be perfect? No. The ego would never allow you off the hook that easily. But I know for sure that what you're seeking is seeking you. So get some support to help you move the blocks out of your way, and I wish you all the bliss your heart can hold.
