If I told you an extremely simple method to be in alignment with what you want, would you take it into practice?
As soon as you make peace with your current circumstances, PRECISELY as they appear with no need to change a thing for you to feel good, then you're in the allowing mode.
Anything you think you desire, is so you'll experience a feeling you hope will come once you get what you desire.
You want financial security. What response will that bring you?
You want prestige. What emotional response will that give you?
You want unhindered romantic love. What changes will that carry to your life?
You want physical well-being. What experience will that bring you?
Go right to that emotional response. When you do this you're in vibrational sync with what you want. Stay in that place several times a day and you'll be attracting the things you desire.
If you're griping about your circumstances, how insufficient your career is, how you hate being alone, how terrible the economy is, you are rejecting bliss from coming into your life. Your vibration doesn't have to be just resisting in the topic of money to be resistant to money. Resistance as a whole is resisting. Make peace with your life exactly as it is right now. Practice appreciation and gratitude for as often as you can as many times daily as you remember. Let go of the 'how' and 'when' it has to appear. Do not burden the Universe by telling it how your life is supposed to unfold. The only job for you is to be in the mode of receiving what you desire by practicing feeling good and letting it in.
It isn't your fault that you've learned to expect little, experience anxiety, or a critical nature. After all, didn't we learn, "the squeaky wheel receives the oil?" We all received these habitual patterns of thinking from our surroundings. It is not your fault, but it is your responsibility to morph those habits if you no longer want to take what is given to you. Learn to choose your thoughts and feelings intentionally. Then you will be a deliberate creator instead of a victim of circumstance.
There isn't a thing wrong with wanting fulfillment in any and all parts of life. Take note of the internal dialogue you have about your worthiness, or the likelihood of your wants being fulfilled and just keep choosing a more empowering inner conversation. Life is supposed to be good and you are worth it. The power really is in your hands.
